I don't mind mixing home life with work because I can still keep track of what I need to do at home. However, while my husband doesn't mind have work interruptions at home, I do because it throws off his priorities. He's more easily distracted by multitasking, imo.

Curious. I'm very glad to say I'm in a job that doesn't intrude in my home life at all, but if it did, it wouldn't be guilt I'd feel. I'd just be mightily pissed off!

Mind you, I'm guessing this article might refer to women who are parents, mostly - another role I am glad not to have, lol.
