Domonique Ramirez, the 17-year-old former Miss San Antonio suing organizers for stripping her of her title, sat down with "Good Morning America" ahead of her day in court.
Ramirez alleges that the Miss Bexar County Organization took away her crown because she gained weight. After a bikini shoot, a pageant official told her, "I needed to lose 13 pounds and I needed to lay off the tacos," Ramirez recounts. The pictures were later deemed unusable -- even airbrushing couldn't help.
Linda Woods, the pageant board's spokeswoman took the stand, saying, "Domonique is not fat, by any stretch of the imagination. She's a beautiful girl, but she wasn't ready for Miss Texas." Woods claims she gave Ramirez the boot because Domonique was chronically late and refused to send thank you letters.
