Not the whole book, but one of the chapters in Laurie Colwin's 'Home Cooking' or 'More Home Cooking' (I forget which) is a wonderful take on what to eat after drinking too much the night before. If you like gastronomic lit, please read her if you haven't. She's wonderful!
