President Barack Obama is speaking in Brazil Sunday afternoon on human rights issues and the relationship the United States shares with the South American country. Obama, who is currently on a five-day trip to the region, will speak at Theatro Municipal in Rio de Janiero.

NBC News' Chuck Todd reports that the president is not expected to spend much time directly addressing the ongoing unrest and violence in Libya, but rather touch on "fledgling democracy movements in North Africa and the Middle East."
