They look like those paperweights that have dead bugs, or a scorpion suspended in them.

I've had past boyfriends ask me to get implants, but I love my mid-sized boobs! My body is rockin' and there's nothing that could make me think anything less.

Thank you, Entertainment Media, for undermining women's self esteem. What strikes me as funny is that most women who get implants don't understand that they must be maintained over the course of a few years... They just last forever.

Have you ever seen what a 40- or 50-something looks like with a 20-somethings breasts? It's like two grapefruits glued to a rotting cactus!

Thanks, but I think I'll stick with what the good lord gave me. In the end, I still look damn better than any 20-something with a graduation gift from daddy.

So it's okay to undermine the self-esteem of the 40 and over crowd? I'm 44 and hardly a rotting cactus.

No implants, but I've always toyed with the idea. (I'm a full B, always wanted to be a C+ or better.) But I did read about a woman who had issues and had to have three implant surgeries in the span of 10 years, which scared me off.

Hahaha. No, no. I'm talking about the oldies that keep trying to look like they're youngies. You know which ones I'm talking about? The ones that still dye their hair like a 20-something and have spent so much time in the sun their skin looks likes like weathered leather.

I'm trying to figure out what happened to aging gracefully? I've no doubt you're not a rotting cactus. I've seen plenty of middle-aged and older that make me cross my fingers I look HALF that good when I'm that age.

I just don't understand the necessity to look the same forever? Or even look the same as everyone else? I thought having different breasts was part of being individual... It disturbs when people have the same set of boobs :P

I'll guess: one. Don't they usually go one pair per customer?

You'd think, but they need maintained and have to be changed out now and then (so I've read).

Judging by recent articles here and the covers of several health and fitness magazines, it seems the six pack abs are replacing the breast enhancement as the most desirable body make over.

Judging by the comments on the Juliette Lewis Beach Body story... I'm guessing a lot.

Mind boggling. Their future husbands will be in for a surprise when they give birth and the infant has mom's old schnoz. "Oh, honey, I forgot to tell you... I had a little surgery before we met..." :~)

Women are being told they can still breast feed after having implants.  How twisted is that?  How sick as a culture?

I was unclear, i guess.... i said it is sick and twisted to tell young women they will be able to breastfeed without problems after implants.  That is not the truth.  I think breastfeeding is what breasts are for.  Stuffing them into prom dresses is secondary.

I know of a pair of sisters who have implants. One had a single birth and the other had twins. They both breastfed their babies. It's not like they're feeding the infant saline.

There is no way to know the veracity of your comment.  Perhaps they were able to give their babies colostrum in the first few days, perhaps they were able to even nurse for a few weeks, but i doubt if it went much beyond that.

I think people are starting to appreciate ethnic beauty more and realize they don't need nose jobs. For example, Jennifer Esposito looked better with her old nose, IMO.
