I published through the Apple iTunes ebook store. They are in California. Dead tree publishers don't know what to do with enhanced ebooks as they are the future and not the past. This is not a commercial post as my ebook, "Box Head Man" is free. Those of you with an iPad are invited to see the future of publishing. It's not like a book as it has lots of videos and takes a little while to download. It is only for the iPad. I feel the Manhattan publishers of paper books will go the way of hand cranked movie cameras or buggy whip makers. it'll take a while but fourth generation digital natives will look at paper books as quite quaint.

Of the big 6 publishers 2 are owned by German companies, 1 is French and 1 English. The American owners are Viacom (Redstone) and News Corp (Murdock). The owners aren't based New York.

just like all newspapers are located in the beltway because corporate America assumes the rabble only need reality television, where as there children need literate media.
