Obama To Speak With Leaders Of Congress On Libya

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama on Friday afternoon will hold a conference call with leaders of Congress to update them on the situation in Libya, White House spokesman Jay Carney said.

Obama will update the bipartisan group on the transition of military command and control to NATO, he said.
