LeBron James bolted the Cleveland Cavaliers last summer and now, they're not letting him back in so easily.
Brian Windhorst of ESPN reported that before the Miami Heat's shootaround on Tuesday morning at Quicken Loans Arena, James' entourage was denied arena access.
The 26-year-old, who said on Monday that his second homecoming game won't be as worse than the first, showed up with a driver and a second car. Cavaliers officials reportedly said that James was eventually allowed in after the two cars left and the two-time MVP returned alone.
Cavs spokesman Tad Carper said visiting NBA players are not normally given private car access to the underground garage, but exceptions are made when requests are made in advance.
