Robert 'Bobby' Titcomb, Close Friend Of Obama, Arrested On Suspicion Of Soliciting Prostitute

HONOLULU -- One of President Barack Obama's close friends has been arrested in Honolulu on suspicion of soliciting a prostitute.

Honolulu police say Robert "Bobby" Titcomb was one of four men arrested in an undercover sting operation late Monday and released on $500 bail.

The 49-year-old Titcomb attended Punahou School in Honolulu with Obama. The two often golf, play basketball, go to the beach and dine together when the president returns home to Hawaii for vacation.

Obama's family has also attended barbeques at Titcomb's beachside home in Waialua, located on Oahu's North Shore.

Titcomb and Obama last spent time together in Hawaii during Obama's most recent vacation over the Christmas and New Year's holidays.

Titcomb has not publicly responded to the charges, and he wasn't immediately available for comment.

In most countries these "undercover sting operations" American style are forbidden as "provoking to a crime". The system is rotten because sometimes used on purpose for other goals than crimefighting. How low can you go as a state to make laws where it is legal to buy guns and sex is forbidden.

I am glad that in my position no one is interested in what my "close friends" are doing. First, in my country prostitution is a legal line of work, second we have lost this kind of hypocrisi long ago.
Could one give some attention to the sins of close friends of Boehner or Gingrich or ms Palin`s ?

If they can't get to the presidetn YET, they will go after the closest thing next to him. Thus far, whom he associates with. I've been told the wife of a supreme court justice (hint! hint!) is allegedly on a committee to get the president impeached. The president is being set up by many powerful and devious hands operating behind the scenes.

The right played that hand for eight years when Clinton was in office. They hounded anybody and everybody associated with the Clintons and came up empty handed, until they trapped the prez in a lie about his sex life. Then they gleefully dragged it out for months, publishing the sordid details in every known media, until they made the discovery that they had no business delving into someone's private life when it involves no crime. Conservatives have no shame.

Yeah, another great piece of fluff is that sort-of-presidential candidate Trump, who is sending his people to Hawaii to investigate the President's birth certificate - he apparently STILL doesn't believe any of the reams of proof that have been made available!
