I was a short sleeper when I was much younger and would only get 4 hours of sleep as a kid. Even today, I feel 50x better if I only sleep about 5 hours and feel more rested than if I sleep 8 hours but because I'm so depressed, I typically can't get myself out of bed and lay around for a few hours before I can make myself get up.
