Naeem Ahmed Admits Stalking Tatiana Schlossberg, Caroline Kennedy's Daughter

Posted: Updated:

NEW YORK -- A wannabe New York taxi driver has admitted stalking Caroline Kennedy's daughter by sending her unwanted flowers, chocolates and romantic emails.

Naeem Ahmed told a judge on Monday he's "not a bad person" and respects and loves college student Tatiana Schlossberg and her family. He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor harassment and stalking charges.

The 41-year-old Pakistani-born man was unemployed and was studying for a taxi driver's license. He was sentenced to 60 days he's already served and three years of probation. If he stays out of trouble for a year, he may be able to substitute a guilty plea to a noncriminal violation.

Ahmed was accused of sending more than 40 messages to Schlossberg and her parents. Schlossberg's mother is President John F. Kennedy's only surviving child.
