Well, at least it wasn't a blizzard!
New York got its first severe thunderstorm of the season last night complete with high winds and driving rain.
And Zeus made it a good show too! Gothamist found this video of lightning zapping the top of the Empire State Building.
Although it was a nasty storm there are little to no reports of damage.
New York's 5 day forecast has no more storms on the horizon, a little rain and some temperatures in the 60's. After this winter, that sounds pretty nice.
