KitchenDaily:

The Passover Seder is a joyous occasion for family and friends, but it needn't be a difficult dinner to create.

You will surely please all your guests with our easy menu for eight: It includes a simple gefilte fish loaf, the juiciest of briskets and fragrant Charoset. Of course we've also included a crowd-pleasing matzo ball soup. @ DrivinMrDaisy: "Shove It." Are you kidding? Do you personally know the person who you responded to? Is that something you frequently say to people you've never met in face-to-face situations and/or without clarifying the intent and meaning of a post comment? Your comment clearly illustrates a number of interesting issues. The most glaring is your lack of manners and civility.

i once got invited to a friends house during the christmas season. i did not know my friend was jewish, he never told me and the question never came up. since he was polish i was expecting a christmas type meal with polish influences. what i got was a passover seder meal . it was quite different than what i had gotten at my catholic polish friends homes, (turkey and dressing but with the added delight of creamed herring and polish sausage and pierogis) but pleasantly surprising and quite tasty.i remember something bitter but pleasing about the meal. the jewish prayers and what not, wre also different.

Ours is always a vegetarian seder and it would be nice if you offered recipes that would be helpful and healthful.
