Lawrence O'Donnell lashed out at NBC again for its relationship with Donald Trump.
Speaking on his Wednesday show, O'Donnell first dissected two interviews Trump did--one with NBC's Savannah Guthrie, and another with ABC's George Stephanopoulos. He said Trump "couldn't possibly have given a dumber answer" to a question about abortion, and accused Trump of lying to Stephanopoulos repeatedly.
Then, he turned to NBC. O'Donnell had previously excoriated the network for keeping Trump on the air, calling it a "disgrace."
Trump, he said, "is now NBC's Charlie Sheen: the greatest individual embarrassment in the history of the network." He speculated that Trump's presidential run would end May 16, when NBC announces its upcoming fall schedule, which many have assumed will contain a new version of "The Apprentice." That, O'Donnell said, would be when NBC "reminds you how this silly man makes his living and then orders him to shut up."WATCH:
