Lawrence O'Donnell: Trump Is 'NBC's Charlie Sheen' (VIDEO)

Lawrence O'Donnell lashed out at NBC again for its relationship with Donald Trump.

Speaking on his Wednesday show, O'Donnell first dissected two interviews Trump did--one with NBC's Savannah Guthrie, and another with ABC's George Stephanopoulos. He said Trump "couldn't possibly have given a dumber answer" to a question about abortion, and accused Trump of lying to Stephanopoulos repeatedly.

Then, he turned to NBC. O'Donnell had previously excoriated the network for keeping Trump on the air, calling it a "disgrace."

Trump, he said, "is now NBC's Charlie Sheen: the greatest individual embarrassment in the history of the network." He speculated that Trump's presidential run would end May 16, when NBC announces its upcoming fall schedule, which many have assumed will contain a new version of "The Apprentice." That, O'Donnell said, would be when NBC "reminds you how this silly man makes his living and then orders him to shut up."

Trump along with the entire Birth issue, which actually is a non issue, except for those that are putting it out there,solely as a distractio­n from all of the State level absurditie­s that are occurring. Florida, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indiana, New Jersey,Mai­ne etc..

Trump, is the lead actor to continue to keep the distractio­n in the media.

I doubt he has any intentions at all of running for any office..

I doubt he would actually want his financial dealings held up for public viewing and scrutiny either.

To me it looks like a game that was planned a while ago, right down to the hot button wedge issue of President Obama's Birth Certificat­e.

Maybe they felt that would be the unifying issue that would bring out all the birther's to get behind the false flag of President Obama's BC.

And being as there is such an overlap withing this group of conspiracy makers, the BC, brings together a wider swath of groups. From the Koch Bros. John Birch Society, to Secessioni­st's and supremacy groups in between.

Peel it back and it all centers on commerce , business sectors and free enterprise­..Capitali­sm at its worse.

Desperate people will do crazy things, and this is one of those times. DT is probably not ever going to commit a run for the Presidency­. It's a maneuver like everything they do.

That little speech O'Donnell made tonight was disgusting. It always amazes me just how far the liberal left will go to try and remove a candidate of the opposition. You must be really afraid of Donald Trump that you're trying to convince the American people that anyone who likes Trump must be seriously disturbed because of all the nasty and untrue adjectives you used about him tonight. I find you to be the one who should be shunned O'Donnell, you are the worst form of a human being that stoops to such low levels as slandering a man because you cannot stand that he has principles and you have none.

What Trump is saying is absolutely correct. He is saying, "why is that birth certificate hidden? What is on it that no one can see?" I think it's a no brainer. If Obama has a birth certificate, seems to me that the media and the Obama people have done everything possible to make sure no one sees it. What is this all about? Why is everyone acting as if it's perfectly fine for a president to say none of your business?
Of course it's our business. What I can't understand is why people like you are so quick to say, well sure, no problem, I don't need to see it, you are a nice fellow.
What is that all about?
If you had heard O'Donnell speech last night about Donald Trump, you would realize that O'Donnell is either a very sick, disturbed person, or the owners of his network are terrified that Trump might actually have some power with the people.
