The TriBeCa Film Festival is under way, and that means one thing -- parties.
Downtown was full of them last night, as filmmakers and their scribes and muses gathered at places like Marquee, La Bottega, Tribeca Lofts, Rouge Tomate, 1OAK, and more.
Malkin Akerman & Taylor Kitsch stepped out for the premiere of their film The Bang Bang Club, about the very timely topic of war photography.
The festivals jurors had a luncheon hosted by founder Robert De Niro, and included lovable guests like Michael Cera, Rainn Wilson, Zoe Kazan and Nora Ephron. Even Julian Schnabel was there, in his signature just-woke-up look.
The HBO premiere of "Treme" brought out culinary bigwigs like Eric Ripert and Tom Colicchio.
