As a conservative, I always viewed, "No child left behind", as "All children left behind at the level of the lowest child".

Duncan continues to do what he does.  Make changes with waivers and decisions that an unelected person chooses to.

How come the NLRB article about preventing Boeing from building a new plant in South Carolina, isn't linked on HP.

No child left behind.... Well maybe the hungry, poor ones. We have some inner city gangstas that are very smart but our school systems fail them in a big way. The result of our failure is that we get really smart criminals. This is serving our nation badly.

Great point. And nothing about this federal law does anything about reaching those children. Declaring an end to mis-education and ignorance without figuring out how to end it is mis-guided and ignorant.
