To tackle this question once and for all, Slate Labs has built an application that tallies up the signs for all of your friends who list their birthday and calculates the percentage of them who have signs that the zodiac says are compatible with yours.

While zodiac signs may give a general view about a person's personality, astrology is a more detailed science. It is a fact that planets influence people's behavior and shape their personalities.What else can explain as to why we are, the way we are. The Facebook app would be a fun tool to check out...to find out who my friends really are!

This is a sad news. Knowledge keeps advancing ,and media should be broadminded to test new dimensions of knowledege.

At lifescapeastrology.com we have proved that zodiac signs are not significant variables. so this study will not give any results, excepting to ridicule astrology.

If slate is really interested, they should check the forumulas that we have given for identifying health problems, accidents, probability of being victim of social crime etc.This knowledge in turn would bring relief to mankind.

by ridiculing the old knowledge , who is going to gain ? not even media, becauseenoguh ridicule of this systems have been done to give any further insight.

you don't now much about astrology do you ? pop stuff like this is shallow but if you ever had a good astrologer do your natal chart you would think differently.
