Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Tops Maxim Hot 100 List, Talks 'Transformers' (PHOTOS)

Victoria's Secret Angel-turned-"Transformers" star Rosie Huntington-Whiteley topped this year's Maxim Hot 100 list. We'll let the dudes explain. Quoth the magazine:

When we first heard rumblings of a Megan Fox replacement in Transformers: Dark of the Moon, we wept into our Optimus Prime pillows for weeks. As it turns out, director Michael Bay found someone even foxier. Making her Hot 100 debut at the No. 1 spot and scoring her first big screen role in the next Transformers, please give a warm, not-creepy welcome to supermodel and all-around British bombshell Rosie Huntington-Whiteley!

"Not-creepy welcome." Someone's self-aware! We actually ran into Rosie at Monday night's Met Gala, where she told us about her upcoming silver screen debut. She said, "I'm so excited now. The nerves are kind of passing and I'm excited to see the movie. It almost finished now and it looks amazing, so I'm very excited to get it out."

When asked what's more nerve-wracking -- acting or the runway -- she remarked, "Depends what you're wearing." And we all had a good laugh.

So who else caught Maxim's collective eye? Kate Middleton, who came in at number 26, and Olivia Munn, Katy Perry, Cameron Diaz and Mila Kunis, who rounded out the top 5.

must be a lot of blind people that voted. What happened to the women with curves, you know, real women topping lists like this? Is this really anybody's idea of a dream woman? thin as hell, nothing on the front, nothing on the back! As a guy, I can only say this is starting to go overboard.

it's great that people called this list for the B.S. that it is, no Olivia Wilde in the top 10, but fame-hooker Olivia Munn is in the top 5? Maxim really dropped the ball on this, it's really transparent that Paramount payed for this girl to get the #1 spot.
