Sam Claflin in 'Snow White And The Huntsman' As Prince Charmant

Kristen Stewart Lands Her Prince

While teen girls and the media have obsessed over Kristen Stewart's romance, both in fantasy and real life, with "Twilight" co-star Robert Pattinson, her post-vampire career will kick off with a true fairy tale romance in "Snow White and the Huntsman."

And finally, her prince has been revealed.

Sam Claflin, a rising star fresh off a major role in "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides," has been cast as Prince Charmant in a new spin on the classic tale. He plays opposite Stewart, who will play Snow White, and Charlize Theron, who takes on the Evil Queen.

Thus far, no Huntsman has been found, but "Thor" star Chris Hemsworth has the offer for the role. Previously, Hugh Jackman was up for the job.

The film puts Snow White in the care of a Huntsman originally sent to kill her by Theron's Evil Queen; instead, they soon bond and he trains her for combat as she moves toward meeting her prince.

This is one of a number of "Snow White" films being made; Claflin's prince role will be occupied by Armie Hammer in "The Brothers Grimm: Snow White," which will star Lilly Collins as the princess and Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen.
