Soldier Does 'The Carlton' Dance While Rocket Launches Behind Him (VIDEO)

This description from the YouTube video pretty much says it all:

Dancing like Carlton from Fresh Prince of Bel Air on top of a M1068 in full gear, while MLRS rockets fly behind me.

There's just something about a man in uniform busting a move on top of a mobile command center that gets us every time.

My sister was over in Iraq and if in their down time they could have done something like this their stress levels would have been a heck of alot lower. No one who hasn't been in their shoes, having to do what they do for their country should say anything negative about what they do to help them smile every now and then.

Are you people so gullable that you would believe this soldier is actually in a war zone? NOWHERE in the description does it say he is in Afgahnistan, Iraq, or any other war zone. you read that he is in full battle gear and assumed that meant he was in combat. newsflash soldiers wear full battle gear any time they are conducting live fire exercises like MLRS live fire at Grafenwher Germany which is where this was filmed. Please poeple think, analize the data and form your comments around fact instead of assumtion then you wont look like brainless cattle following the latest trend.

Yep I hear artillery fire and other various loud booms over here at Fort Hood pretty often. Actually about a month ago it was as loud as I ever heard it and I got freaked out. But obviously it's training exercises as you pointed out.

The suicide rate for this war has been astronomical. Osamas death is happy news for them. This is the kind of thing that makes me glad that I live in this country....coping skills, that is what we are seeing....Americians are gifted with a sense of humor that is very necessary in times like this. Americans come from many countries to OURS to live in FREEDOM and become Americans. This IS coping with reality. I would bet that this particular soldier comes away from this horrible experience of war with his sense of humor intact and his Sanity.....May God Bless!

In Vietnam, at my platoon's forward area base camp we had a Vietnamese person's skull on a pole outside the H.Q. It was wearing sunglasses for humorous effect. I've got photos of it. Yes, those good ol' American sense of humor during wartime, coping with reality.

That's just human nature. I recently read a book by a woman who was a teenager in a concentration camp. She talked at length about how all the girls picnicked and flirted with the younger guards. She went on to explain that after a while a horrible situation becomes a normal situation and people go about their normal human activities.
