Coffity, Abbottabad Coffee House, Has A Bin Laden Boom

A coffee shop in Abbottabad, Pakistan has become a local hotspot overnight following the killing of Osama bin Laden in the city last week.

Since Bin Laden's death on May 2, Coffity has become a de facto newsroom for foreign journalists seeking free WiFi and quotes from local residents.

Early on May 2, Coffity was among the first to report on social media about the crash of a U.S. helicopter during the bin Laden operation. Since then, its Facebook page has become a hub for journalists seeking local sources on bin Laden's death.
