Via Realtor.com: British action star, Jason Statham has listed his Hollywood Hills house for $2.74 million. The mid-century style residence features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Built in 1957, the property is said to be, "reminiscent of the famed 'Glass House' by Phillip Johnson" and features landscape designs by Jay Griffith.

Statham is known for his "Transporter" franchise and for his other-half, model turned actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. The couple is rumored to be house hunting. The actor is a Los Angeles real estate aficionado, having owned properties throughout the city, including at the Broadway Hollywood Building and in the Malibu Colony. This property is private and boasts a secluded swimming pool.

I really hope this does not offend any one, but it cannot be denied. This house just gave me a little bit of a chubby.

I have to say, other than the amount of gardening that I suspect this place requires, along with a fetish for cleaning windows this place is very nice indeed.

I really love the way that the yard manages to let all the rooms get a view of greenery. This is one house that, at least from the pictures looks very private. It could be literally anywhere.

This house is gorgeous. Nice taste, Mr. Statham.

Another reference to a famous house that has me scratching my head ... how is this like Johnson's Glass House again? That house seems to float above its site and is light and airy, this house is very grounded and has a massive, somber feel to it despite all the glass. Perhaps all that ivy brings it down a tad?

Same continet, same century.

I like looking at the big bucks houses, but I'm continually appalled at the disastrous photography. I am a terrible photographer, but even I could do better. You'd think the realtors would pop for a professional shoot on a multi-million dollar property.

This one makes a "glass house" look dark.

Very masculine. I'd hate to have to keep all that glass clean.

Yes....but does it have trap doors and hidden rooms with arms caches?? If not, then no..not interested.

Too dark and claustrophobic. I would keep expecting some ninja-style attacker to suddenly leap into view in one of those closed-in spaces for no apparent reason.

Sort of like living in a Statham movie...

Why is anyone trying to sell a house now if they don't need to?

Love it. It appears that the lot isn't much bigger than the structure, but I love how the outside space feels so much a part of the inside space.

"It appears that the lot isn't much bigger than the structure"

Unfortunately that's pretty standard in LA, although it shouldn't be so standard in the Hills. The standard tradeoff in most LA homes is backyard or pool, i.e. if you have a pool it takes up your entire backyard.

Mid-century = termite farm.

Not a fan of hard surfaces, this place seems cold to me - but I can appreciate that it's a really good example of this kind of architecture and for some probably a fantasy home come true.
