Barry Bonds Offers To Pay College Bills For Bryan Stow's Kids

Bonds Offers To Pay College Bills For Beaten Giant Fan's Kids‎

Former San Francisco Giants slugger Barry Bonds has offered to pay any future college bills for the children of Bryan Stow, the Giants fan who was attacked outside Dodger Stadium.

According to NBC Bay Area, the lawyer who represents Stow's family in their lawsuit against the Los Angeles Dodgers revealed Bond's pledge on Wednesday.

Bonds visited Stow in his Los Angeles hospital room on April 22. He was moved to a San Francisco hospital earlier this month so he could be closer to his family.

Bryan, a single father with two children in grade school, was beaten on opening day and left with brain damage.

On Sunday, a key suspect in the attack was arrested and taken into custody by Los Angeles police.

The Stow family filed a lawsuit against the Dodgers on Tuesday, claiming that Frank McCourt's financial mismanagement of the team paved the way for Bryan's violent beating.
