I like how the chef names his burgers by what condiments are used. So if I added marshmellows to a burger I could in essence call it a "Mellow Burger"

too bad it's spelled marshmallow.

Watch out for that sri-rancha sauce. It will blow a hole in your stomach lining. If you suffer from GERD you will be reliving the experience all night long, no matter how high your bed is jacked up.

If you don't have a bottle of Sriracha in your kitchen, I feel sorry for you. It's not the hottest hot sauce, it's just the tastiest.

sriracha is for food novices.

Try sambal oelek if you want real flavor.

My favorite burger is very simple, The Forestfire:
Nicely charred lean burger patty
Buttered, crisply grilled onion roll
Philly cream cheese
Handfull of pickled jalapeno slices
Mmm Mmm Good!

I know this is weird but it works. My wife is always trying to make me eat "healthy". Translated that means no fat and no flavor. Anyway, she gets this spice blend called tofu scramble. "You put it on tofu and it is just like scrambled eggs" she says. So I mix the tofu scramble into some nice ground chuck; just for flavor...It was really tasty! There is a lot of garlic, onions and such in the blend and now it is my signature burger. Oh, my wife says it is good on tofu too; I'll take her word for it. I get the tofu scramble at an online called juliet mae spices.

Any food which doesn't taste better with chocolate is probably not good for you.

And, for the record, a good beef stew chili laced with dark chocolate is perfection.

I saw chocolate covered bacon on a food show once. Almost passed out from desire. :)

That's probably only one of the reasons she's his ex.
