Sarah Palin On A Motorcycle At Bus Tour Launch (PHOTOS)

Sarah Palin jumped on the back of a motorcycle on Sunday in launching a bus tour that will take her across the eastern United States.

The former Alaska governor took part in the "Rolling Thunder" motorcycle ride, which starts at the Pentagon and finishes at the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, DC.

The AP reports that the potential presidential candidate's family was by her side:

Palin chatted with other motorcyclists and joked about how warm she is in her leather jacket. Temperatures in Washington are expected to climb near 90 degrees on Sunday.

I think Ms Palin is using the 2012 election to promote her personal agenda to make as much money as possible. The Presidential salary does not compare to what she can earn by running her mouth. She won't run for president. You heard it here first.

A lot of hate from you democrats. Calling her a poser, worrying about her baby, saying she is disrespectful. Wow and you talk about the Republicans. You democrats are the party of hate. I don't see one post on here about how obama threw out the first pitch like a freaking girl or how his transparency of government has not surfaced in over 3 years, how government has gotten larger and deeper in debt while he bailed al those big businesses out of a jam so they could have their bonus checks. Sounds like your more upset with how Obama throws a baseball, sport, than the quality of presidential candidates or Memorial Day commemorations. I don't see any evidence of hate in the comments I'm reading, just disappointment that Sarah Palin chose a somber occasion such as Memorial Day to promote herself. Oh yeah, in case you missed the news for the past few months, the bailouts saved Americas auto industry and several million jobs, and the auto manufacturers have already begun paying back the debt. And by the way, Mr. I know it all, Obama hadn't even been elected 3 years ago. Suggestion: read at least a little bit before you spout off...you just proved you really are lacking knowledge. And besides, I like the way Obama threw that pitch !

As a Veteran (Non-Combat), I resent that Ms. Palin made a day that has been set aside for years to honor men and women that have given their life for this country all about her. She could have been one in the crowd without all the media coverage, bus, and photo opps etc. if she really was serious about Memorial Day not being political. When are people going to wake up and realize she is a shame. She is a sponge living off of all the supporters that send money to Sarah Pac. She will never run for a 4 year term.

I agree and thank you for your service. It's disgusting that a person like Palin continues to show ZERO class with her political campaign. She completely disrespects the president, creates a reality show, and hijacks an event honoring our veterans, all in the name of self-promotion and greed. Sounds like the perfect qualifications for a republican leader to me.
