Tanner Foust Jumps Hot Wheels Truck 332 Feet, Breaks World Record

WATCH: Real-Life 'Dukes of Hazard' -- Driver Shatters World Record With Massive Car Jump

Tanner Foust knows what it's like to play out that childhood dream of driving your very own Hot Wheels car.

This weekend at the Indianapolis 500, Foust, 37, shattered the world record by jumping a Pro 2 truck 332 feet. Johnny Greaves set the previous record of 301 feet in 2009.

Foust, a professional driver whose résumé includes stunts in "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift" and "The Dukes of Hazard," faced a G-force of almost 3 g as he steered the 875-horsepower truck, painted like a Hot Wheels car, off a 45-degree ramp. He reached 105 mph before taking flight.
