Leave your wallet in your pocket because this week we have outdoor concerts, art celebrations and fairs -- all sans admission fees.

Evergreen Lake Concert: Get out of the city and enjoy a free concert at Evergreen Lake. Relax under the stars while listening to the tunes of Americana-Rock group The Congress. Overflow parking is available at Wulf Rec Center with shuttle service running to the venue site.

INSPIRE Arts Week: INSPIRE continues this week with a slew of free events including open houses, music on Belmar plaza, an art walk, historic homes tours and an outdoor showing of “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.” Move into the weekend with a Rockin’ Block Party at the Heritage Center and a West Colfax music and arts fest.

People’s Fair: As Colorado’s “premier outdoor urban festival,” Capitol Hill People’s Fair offers a diverse grouping of artisans, vendors, family activities, musicians and food and drink while benefiting numerous local nonprofit organizations. Surrounding streets will be closed for the event; light rail services are strongly encouraged.

Denver Art Museum: Explore the boldly geometric Hamilton Building or seven-story North Building on the DAM free day. Check out the current exhibition, Olivetti: Innovation and Identity, for an exploration through decades of technological pioneering.
