Bob Greene's Four Strategies For Longevity

As a celebrity trainer to the stars, founder of the Best Life diet and fitness plan and author of several health books, Bob Greene has quite a few tricks for staying healthy and youthful. But his four biggest tips are surprisingly basic, covering exercise, nutrition, skincare and sleep.

“Through the years I’ve been a trainer and a life coach to such stars as Oprah and people always ask, 'What’s the secret to turning back the clock?'” Greene said in Aol’s You’ve Got series. “I’ve found the secret is in four pillars.”
