Boulder Best Town Ever

Outside Magazine thinks that Boulder is at least a contender for “Best Town Ever,” naming Colorado’s much beloved college town a finalist in its competition.

Outside Magazine has narrowed down the list to ten finalist, of which Boulder is included. The editors of the magazine scoured the nation to find the best places to live in America taking such things into consideration: culture, scenery, reasonable home prices, low-stress living and easy access to the outdoors.

Boulder needs votes to win, so visit Outside Magazine’s Facebook page and cast your vote for Boulder.

Boulder competes against Ashland, OR, Burlington, VT, Charlston, SC, Chattanooga, TN, Portland, ME, Portland, OR, Madison, WI, Santa Fe, NM and Tucson, AZ.

Really the 'republic' is the best town ever? I mean yes every dread locked trust funder had a subarus with bikes, skis, kayaks, and stickers plastered to it, but that's about it. Boulder is cool of you are rich and like to complain about how the rest of the world needs to be like you.

I'll take my small CO mountain towns over the Republic any day.

I love Boulder, but left there in 1987 without regrets. Too expensive and too "cool."

Boulders not even number 1 in the state, let alone anywhere else (except maybe as #1 destination for pot heads). What a joke.
