Charlize Theron played the gracious host in more ways than one on Wednesday night at the launch of DIOR VIII, the brand's newest watch line.
When asked by The Cut to comment on Christian Dior's deposed creative director John Galliano, Theron stuck by the designer, saying, "I don't want to talk too much...I think that he's going through a really difficult time right now, and I'm sure that he wants some privacy. He's got an important journey to go through right now. But I wish him nothing but well."
Theron's take on Galliano's situation stands in stark contrast to another famous Dior face, Natalie Portman, who publicly condemned Galliano in February after footage of his anti-Semitic rant made the internet rounds and broke off all ties to the label.
