Tom Ford Releases Video Lookbook For Fall 2011 (VIDEO)

In characteristically dramatic style, Tom Ford has created a lookbook in video form featuring his ultra-glamorous womenswear outfits for Fall 2011.

The ensembles were first shown at London Fashion Week back in February to a small group of writers, editors and stylists, who reportedly had to sign non-disclosure agreements, barring them from running any info on the new wares until the summer.

The duds, of course, are to die for: lace, sheer, animal of both the print and fur variety, and plenty of smokey eyes and bold lips (created with Ford's new beauty line, perhaps?)

I hope he continues to get bigger and bigger. And more and more affordable. I couldn't afford him when he was at Gucci and I can't afford him now.  :)

I wish he'd write and direct more movies, too. Did you see "A Single Man"? Just astonishingly, heartbreakingly good--and it was the first time he'd ever done that. The guy can do anything. Truly anything.

Several beautiful pieces in this collection, and all are interesting and intricately detailed. I'm a Tom Ford fan, and so I'm probably not objective about him, but he rarely fails to get women's bodies and fashion sensibilities.
