Celebrity chef Giada DeLaurentiis has already said that she treats her husband like a king. So how will she treat a real future king? The world will finally get a chance to find out July 9th, when DeLaurentiis is slated to cook for Prince William and his new wife Kate Middleton, along with 2,500 others, at a charity polo match at the ritzy Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club. She signed up to cater the event without knowing that the royal couple would be in attendance, she said on NBC's Today Show, but was "purely excited" when she found out they were coming.
On the menu for the royal couple? What Giada calls "a light and fresh menu" of pea pesto crostini, California chopped salad, and chicken Milanese.
