AOL Travel News:

An unidentified woman who caused quite a stir on Sunday by mentioning a bomb threat on a Washington, D.C.-bound flight is now in mental health custody after claiming the threat was a message from God.

U.S Airways flight 2596 was en route from Dayton with 44 passengers on board on Sunday afternoon when a 54-year old Kentucky native with a history of mental health issues told authorities she was driving around the Dayton International Airport and pulled over to deliver a message from God, the Dayton Daily News reports.

Bachmann also gets messages from God. How come we don't put her in an institution?

There are not enough padded rooms to hold all the republicans getting messages from God.

Driving around the Dayton airport...right after her ride on the dinosaur with the saddle at the Kentucky Creation Museum.

Well, if she is a Kentucky Christian then we better set up another hearing investigating whether Christians are actually 'real' Americans!

Does anybody know what nationality the woman is?

I know I shouldn’t, but the mention of God opposed to Allah would lead me to believe that this woman isn’t of Arabic decent.

So where am I going with this?????

Will she be plastered all over Fox as another terrorist giving credence to the Peter King hearings if she isn’t Arabic? Will there be calls to interrogate her entire family, block, neighborhood, or lineage of people that she comes from (if she’s not Arabic)?

There have been in the past, there are now, and there always will be Christian’s who are completely off their rockers, and this woman sounds like one, yet I doubt she gets the same scrutiny another woman of Arabic decent would get.

This story will be over by tomorrow, but if the woman’s name is Fatima, well now that’s a horse of another color all together now isn’t it?

She's a "Kentucky native," so more than likely a white American Christian nutball.

Perhaps the god of this woman 'tweeted' the message she received?

Messages from God are a feature of Republican representatives discourse and yet the media continues to take them seriously.

Thanks for that. I always find it interesting that these messages always seem error ridden. Maybe they need some kind of god hearing aid as they always seem to get the message wrong.

Now see - that's what is supposed to happen to folks who hear non-existent things talking to them. Why didn't we do that when GW claimed he was hearing the same voice? It is a sign there are loose marbles rolling aroung up there.

Didn't Bush the Younger regularly receive messages from god?

Why wasn't he chucked in a home?

We probably shouldn't listen to anybody who claims they're on direct dial.
