This is a great teacher and a great video. The best idea is to stay out of the place until you have seen their calorie counts and figured out what you'll order before you even set foot inside. I Lost 140 lbs. 25 years ago and have kept it off with Therapeutic Psychogenics, and I have lunch in Burger King and Taco Bell at least twice a week. Ask me what I have and I'll be happy to tell!
