This historical Hollywood Hills mansion is listed for $4.95 million. The six bedroom, eight bathroom house is located near the popular Runyon Canyon, and was once owned by Emmy Award winner Raymond Burr. The property has two greenhouses, where Burr cultivated and hybridized many of the 1,500 orchids that he introduced to the world.

The nearly 9,000 square foot house was built in 1923, on just under three acres. "The gated estate is in one of the oldest and most historic neighborhoods in Hollywood, on a street where actors from Fay Wray to Tony Curtis have made their homes over the years," reports Realtor. The home was last renovated in 1940 and includes a detached recording studio/office, theater, and game room.
