15 Worst Books To Read On A Plane

Earlier this week we brought you our list of 13 books you should never read at the beach, but we figure many of you are spending your summers traveling to non-beach locations. Sure, today's planes have free wifi and personal televisions to distract you, but some of us still kill the hours with a good book.

So when you're heading to the airport, just make sure you don't pick up any of the hilarious books below. These titles represent what we imagine are the last things you'd want to be thinking about while cruising at 30,000 feet. Vote for your favorite and tell us what you think in the comments!

There's always the sixties classic: "Coffee, Tea ... or Me?" Every time a flight attendant walks by, wave the book and say something like "Nudge nudge wink wink say no more."

And then there's "The Satanic Verses", that begins with page one showing the two main characters in free fall from an airplane. Never mind what other people may think just from the mythology that's grown around the book.
