Mr. Maher is a faith intentionist gone gick. When he starts his comic routines with his mono's, he staggers himself as a Masoned Haesh. Yet, When he sits down to do his interviews and leads his discussions he goes ippa all the way - which means he doesnt subscribe to Mason Hapers. Which is fine. Just an observation from a NOT timid observer, hehehe. His runners dont do it for him because he doesnt subscribe the way he thinks he does. That's okay. But if he needs to get his runners going again, from his Haper in the Order, then he needs to lead the way back home. He can find his way back home with no problem. No one in the Order would deny him his old place setting at the table.

If people cared that much about the health of Americans, they would just make cigarettes illegal. It doesn't make sense how marijuana is illegal when it can beneficial to health and hemp can be mass producee, while cigarettes just kill millions of people each year.

It's relatively easy to grow marijuana in your backyard but not tobacco. It's also very difficult to make your own alcohol. That's one reason why pot is outlawed: if it were legal there'd be way too many [more] people growing it on their own for free.

But it's true that the opponents of legalizing pot have done a good job of creating the myth that it's actually more harmful than cigarettes or alcohol, and that there's nothing actually good about it. They've also created the myth that it's somewhat equal to truly harmful drugs like cocaine heroin, which also have no profound medicinal benefits.

Make it illegal, then the cost would go down and the quality would be highly variable.., Certain ethnic based mafias would control the distribution and invest the proceeds in enforcement, murders and other illegal businesses. Have we learned a single thing from the war on drugs?.

There is way more Carbon Monoxide in car exhaust than in second hand smoke. That simply isn't debatable. Yes second hand smoking is dangerous, but so is every other kind of pollution we have. We have Air Quality warnings where I live and I can assure you it is not from second hand smoke.

A valid argument. However, I know several avid bikers who are also occasional social smokers. If you were to ask them, they would much rather have less traffic emissions than second hand smoke.

LOL @ you changing the circumstances to now being indoors and including a pregnant lady, when it is illegal to smoke indoors almost everywhere civilized unless it is a 21 and up bar. If you are a pregnant lady at a 21 and up bar, you already made bad decisions.

Whoa! Where did the pregnant lady come from? And where are you still allowed to smoke indoors?! And maybe if you were a smoker, you would blow smoke in a pregnant lady's face, but I sure wouldn't! And I believe that most of the general public has the decency not to smoke around a pregnant woman. P.S. Stay the heck away from me while I am smoking...you have that right.

The pictures shown are unnessarily extremely gross. Others could have been chosen that got their point across. I don't agree with this discrimination until I see pictures of terrible CAR ACCIDENTS WITH DEAD PEOPLE HANGING OUT OF A SMASHED CAR ON BEER CANS.

This is discrimination from the majority, who are non-smokers now. Does anybody really think smokers don't already know the dangers? If not, lets see the graphics on the beer cans.

[ Also, treating obese people badly is so RUDE, does anyone consider that they often have a serious medical illness and are celebrating just being able to go outside? or on a plane? ]

Agreed. Until they put pictures of clogged arteries on bags of pork rinds, and an ingredients list & nutritional facts on alcoholic drinks, they need to leave cigs alone too. I'm not pro-smoking, but I am pro-equality.

Bill Mayer...how far you've fallen from the path of substantive criticism and appropriate prioritization...I miss you of the old days...when you weren't afraid to grab hold of americans and politicians and tell them to their face what were important priorities, what were important truths, and to suggest plausible good solutions to a nation lost in the mire of politicizations, chicanery, profiteering manipulations and duplicities...

who cares what whomever prints on tobacco products wrappings...a nation on the verge of social-economic implosion or financial collapse dwarf tobacco wrapper warnings into oblivion, wouldn't you say ?
