Chet Haze, Tom Hanks' Rapper Son, Releases 'Another Chance' Music Video

WATCH: Tom Hanks' Son's New Rap Video

Chet Haze, budding hip-hop artist, Northwestern University student, and, of course, son of actors Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, has come out with a new music video.

The video is for "Another Chance," a song he released earlier this month.

When it comes to his music, Haze, whose real name is Chester Hanks, is best known for "White and Purple," an homage to Northwestern University that's a remix of Wiz Khalifa's "Black and Yellow."

Haze last weekend performed live for the first time in Chicago at Enclave, a nightclub in River North. His parents were in the audience.

He's expecting to release an EP later this summer.

What do you think? Will the son of one of America's favorite actors become America's favorite rapper? Check out the video and let us know in the comments.

UPDATE:

As commenter TXconfidnz pointed out, Chet isn't the only Hanks with a hip-hop video.

In the 1987 film "Dragnet," Tom Hanks and Dan Aykroyd star in "City of Crime."
