Most disapprove of how President Obama is dealing with the economy, but few Americans
blame him for its current condition, which some think he inherited. Only 8% think the Obama
administration deserves most of the blame for the state of the nation’s economy. More say
George W. Bush’s administration (26%) and Wall Street and financial institutions (25%) are
mostly to blame. 11% blame Congress.

Teflon Obama?

Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) tells Don Imus this morning he thought ht would have been a "good President." In fact, he added, "a great President."

The joke writes itself...

Why do conservatives spew random hatred around as jokes?

Was his comment not as immaculate as you'd like?

The joke was written when Bush was reelected, and we've been suffering with the consequences ever since.

Polls are polls, but cash is fer realz..

"The Obama campaign appears to be signaling that its fundraising totals for the second quarter of the year – the first since President Obama announced for reelection – will not be as robust as the campaign would like.

In an email to campaign supporters today, President Obama unmistakably sought to downplay money.

"We’re closing the books on the first fundraising quarter of the 2012 race at midnight tomorrow.

A lot of folks will be interpreting our numbers as a measure of this campaign’s support.

They’re not wrong, but they are wrong about why.

We measure our success not in dollars but in people — in the number of everyday Americans who’ve chosen to give whatever they can afford because they know we’ve got more work to do."

Campaign officials revealed during the last week that they have set a target of raising $60 million for the quarter from at least 450,000 donors.

But even $60 million would not seem to be a very ambitious goal for Obama. He raised the same amount during the second quarter of 2007, just after he announced his 2008 campaign.

The campaign is hoping to raise up to $1 billion total for the 2012 election.

The email reiterates a call for donors to give at least $5 in order to be automatically entered into a raffle for dinner with Obama and Vice President Biden."

And I am sure they'll take it. $5 is $5.

They beat the 450,000 mark, I got the email about that. Got above 500,000 I think. Will have to wait to see the totals.

You could sign up for the raffle without contributing.

Good to see the extreme left is ramping-up the class warfare rhetoric.

Why do you guys even post if all you are going to do is sniff each other's farts?
04:52 PM on 06/29/2011
Dunno what that means....I just want to be fully prepared for all the things conservatives will be accused of. I think I covered, but asked FM if I missed any. You can bicker about it X, but the simple fact is when your a conservative, thats pretty much the list of things your accused of on a regular basis. Being a liberal-non liberal, you probably wouldn't understand since your full of love, tolerance and acceptance.

The lengths these cheats are willing to go through in order to deceive their consumers are truly boundless.

BOBO approval is +3 among all adults. Party ID, however is reported only for RV's, and as it is, after weighing, it has D+7 edge. That's for RV's. What is it for all adults who answered the approval question? D+10? D+12? D+15? Empirically, the non-registered adults are a heavily Dem-leaning bunch, so those are not unreasonable guesses.

Gallup, after a bin laden break in May, once again is showing GOP advantage among all adults. Pay attention to the two rightmost columns (with leaners)..
