I just did a search on July 4 huffington post ron paul ...and this is the article that showed up. Ron isn't mentioned in other GOP race articles, nor is his picture shown. But here he is mentioned with the word VOTE , not the words Voted For or Voted Against, until you get into the READ FULL article do you realize he ultimately Voted Against the patent extension. Gee, do you think Huffington Post is bias or fair in reporting GOP candidates. Can't wait for the next GOP Debate to see where they put ALL the candidates.
Where is there fair reporting in this Country?

"Ron Paul... Vote(s) For Pharma Earmark Worth $214 Million"

except that it wasn't an earmark and Ron Paul didn't vote for it. Did anyone actually read the article before coming up with that title?

Guilt by association much? If that's the best you can do, try again. If either Paul is a Dominionist, then they are piss poor ones what with allowing Gays to serve openly in the military, get married and what-not.

1st of all you are misleading readers with half truths, 2nd earmarks are the proper way of disbursing our tax dollars to legitimate projects or programs. "Pork" is the process of using tax money for uses not for the good of the country in general, but for a special interest. Every dollar of tax payer money should be earmarked!

So, are you going to remove the word 'Earmark' or are you just stinking liars over at HuffPo?
We're waiting to smear you all over the internet. Also, how about an apology for Dr. Paul?

Worth Repeating (thanks BlonDuxo) :

The author wrote: How does a policy earmark worth more than $214 million garner the votes of conservatives such as GOP Reps. Michele Bachmann (Minn.) and Ron Paul (Texas)?

Just what part of "Paul spokeswoman Rachel Mills said, “It did not allocate money to anyone; therefore, it was not an earmark,” and she noted that Paul ultimately voted against the final bill." do you not understand?

Sir, you have mislead your readers, your bias is showing. But as others have stated...this is Huffpo, can't expect a high journalistic standard. I say 'Nuffpo.

The thing mentioned isn't an earmark. Ron Paul has inserted earmarks, as he doesn't want to punish his constituents for electing an honest man. And he has never voted for a budget with earmarks in it. Ever.

Now, care to explain to us how HuffPo Superusers come to value Faux so highly?

Hypocrisy....the sign of a conservative politician.

I sincerely hope you're aiming that at Bachmann. She would be the one who deserves it, praising and aping Ron Paul for votes while voting for such gems as the PATRIOT Act.

Why don't you check and see if Paul's voting record and hers match in any way before firing that scattergun of yours? Kucinich and Wiener aren't exactly identical either.

This headline is too much.
Why is our world so backwards? 1984 much!?
If something isn't, well it really IS!
War is humanitarian.
Bombing and maiming innocents ISN'T war - it's only war if they can fire back at us!
WTF is going on, and what has happened to my country?

Vote for it*
04:48 PM on 06/29/2011
Errrrm... no, Paul didn't vote for her. lol. How is it okay to LIE, and write in your headlines that Paul voted for something, when he really didn't?

I hope the American people aren't that stupid, and don't fall for garbage like this.
