I still can't believe that Murphy couldn't find actual teens to play teens for Glee..................

I like Monteith he comes across totally not full of himself during interviews and he made a video for Gay teens that being Gay is really no big deal..........................

Here's the deal: there are plenty of very talented teens out there. The problem is that if they are younger than 18, the laws restrict them from working as many hours as adults. That's why you rarely see kids younger than 18 on television. The teens on "The Middle" are also adults.

He needs to do something edgy and dark. Doesn't have to be a huge role at all. But he should go away from "Glee" to other other end of the character spectrum. It might feel counter-intuitive now, but it'll pay off down the road.
