The mojito, a rum and muddled mint-based concoction of Cuban origin, is one of summer’s most refreshing cocktails (read: you can drink it during the day). Grab a variation on the classic at one, or all, of these Los Angeles mojito destinations.

Magic Mojito at The Bazaar

The Bazaar by José Andrés: The Bazaar's Magic Mojito is exactly what you'd expect from one of the most renowned and inventive menus in LA. Billed as a "dramatic display of cocktail theater," the magic starts when the bartender presents a cocktail glass filled with a puff of cotton candy and then pours the mojito from a shaker into the glass, making the cotton candy "disappear." This dissolved sugar puff is thus transformed into the sweetening component of your cocktail. Seriously nifty, and magically delicious.
