Dominique Strauss-Kahn Rape Charge May Be Dropped (VIDEO)

Sexual assault charges against former IMF chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn could be dropped in the next few weeks, according to sources close to the case who question the accusers credibility.

Prosecutors say that the Sofitel hotel maid accusing him of rape lied repeatedly, including about being gang raped on her asylum application. Further inconsistencies were pointed out in her story, including that in her grand jury testimony she claimed she waited in the hallway after her attack, but she has since told investigators she cleaned a nearby room after the attack.

Strauss-Kahn was released from house arrest last week and can now move freely. However, a newly filed lawsuit in France accuses Strauss-Kahn of attempted rape several years ago.

Because of her past, she is not considered a good witness for the prosecution even though this is not the first time he has been accused of this very crime before. The power of money is too obvious in this sistuation. I wonder if she is being paid off or is the prosecutors pockets being lined up with money.

The Tristane Banon sexual assault lawsuit against Strauss-Kahn may prove to be a long and futile legal enthralment that ends with not enough conclusive evidence. The rape charge filed against Strauss-Kahn in NY by a hotel maid is in the process of being dropped. Strauss-Kahn could benefit from subduing his prolific sexual appetite. Strauss-Kahn may campaign for the Presidency of France, while legal enthralment's of sexual orientation may thwart his idealism's temporarily.

When this was first reported, it seemed fishy. I mean, seriously...someone with that much money and power is going to do what to a maid in a hotel? You could buy nearly any piece of tail around the world and you strong arm a maid? Especially in light of the French political climate I thought this sounded strange BUT what do I know. THEN her story starts to break down not only about the incident itself but about quite a few things calling a great deal of her background and credibility into question. NOW we have someone else filing a lawsuit years and years after the fact, JUST as the US case is rumored to have considerations of being dropped. What was the person waiting this long for? Is it really that much of a cosmic concidence? DSK may not be a saint, but this is a railroad job pure and simple!

I didn't know DSK was jewish. That changes the playing field, doesn't it? This man is a known predator, and the alleged victim is a known liar. She's playing the suffering illegal immigrant/victim card pretty hard, too bad she was recorded on the jail phone saying she knows what she's doing and he has a lot of money lol. Classic gold digger. No victim here.

I'm sorry, but you don't live through a horrible 'rape' and then go clean a room. That's not a coping mechanism, that's what you call buying yourself some time to think about what lies you're going to tell the authorities. That might not be the case, but her credibility is shot all the same.

I'd be interested to know who she called first, was it the police, hotel management or her pimp?

Send them both back to where they came from and ban them from entering U.S. forever.

and if DSK is Jewish, how does that change the playing field? There was a rush to judgment here by the media and most of the public. After the Central Park Jogger case and the false confessions and convictions there, you would think people would learn to suspend judgment. But what does any one's ethnicity and religion have to do with the facts?

lol! One acronym, AIPAC. I fully believe he has the full support of his jewish brothers (all over the world and especially Israel) to any degree they see fit to extend a hand.
I wasn't implying jewish people are bad, so do not assume I am anti-semitic .
They are demonized by some, just as ALL religions throughout history have been and will continue to be.

For the record, I don't like any organized religion.

Here's a question for you. Is being jewish an ethnicity or a religion? I don't think you can have it both ways, but I don't know. Their religion and ethnicity are interrelated but ultimately they have to identify with country from which their ancestors came, Israel.
If your family migrated to America somewhere down the line, chances are the bloodline would be mixed with other ethnicities and religions. Keeping a bloodline pure takes hard work and sort of goes against the whole idea of America and the great melting pot. Sorry, didn't mean to go off on a melting pot tangent.

One last thing, why does our government cater to Israel? Why are we sending so much money to them? I think this comes full circle now and we are back to AIPAC. They are the *most powerful* lobby in Washington, even more than big tobacco and big pharma. That means they BUY VOTES, bribery plain and simple, cut and dry. They are a jewish organization, yes?

Strauss-Kahn may walk away from the recent filed rape of a hotel maid whom had planned to use rape as a means of extortion for a non-crime, as a result of a consensual act. The young and beautiful French writer whom has filed a suit against Strauss-Kahn for attempted rape may prove to be a long and exhausting legal pursuit that ends with not enough conclusive evidence to warrant any reward. Strauss-Kahn could benefit from sexual behavioral psychological therapy that could end his threatening appetite for unethical sexual perversions. Should Strauss-Kahn desire to campaign for the Presidency of France, he will need to subdue his sexual improprieties.
