Anne Hathaway, Natalia Vodianova & Daphne Guinness Dress Up For The White Fairy Tale Love Ball (PHOTOS)

The invitations called for white and silver gowns, but the host of Wednesday night's White Fairy Tale Love Ball in Crespieres, France, chose vibrant red.

"I always wear red to my events," Natalia Vodianova told Women's Wear Daily. The Russian model wore not one but two red ensembles to fit the party's fairy tale theme, complete with tulle, a tiara and a whimsical waist-length braid.

Anne Hathaway stuck closer to the dress code, wearing white vintage Valentino paired with a charm-laden, floral tiara by milliner Stephen Jones and a deep crimson lip. "I feel like a rock-star, elfin princess," the actress and Valentino Couture fan told WWD (more like Snow White, if you ask us).

Olivia Palermo, Margherita Missoni and Anna Dello Russo also looked ethereal in ivory and metallic gowns, but leave it to Daphne Guinness to zig when the rest of the fashion crowd zags: the heiress-cum-performance artist arrived for the party at Valentino's Château de Wideville estate wearing a satin rainbow-colored kimono by Alexander McQueen topped with a spiky black headpiece.

Gees All I can say is I really miss McQueen. Those attending had no concept of drama and fairy princess looks. Just normal red carpet look with a tiara added.BORING

It is clear from these photos that some of these"celebrities" can't read or are just incredibly rude. The article says that the invitations stated white or silver dresses. I say if they weren't dressed correctly then boot them out! This was a themed event and they could have at least had the manners to dress as requested or stay at home. As for the rude girl ( whom I have never even heard of) who stated that "I always wear red to my events" Stay your dumb self at home then!

Daphne Guinness’ head looks way out of proportion! I don't see why someone would Photoshop the image so maybe the newest 'fashion' trend to wear clothes that make you look Photoshopped in real life?
