Actress Michelle Yeoh -- best known for her roles in the James Bond film 'Tomorrow Never Dies' and 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon' -- has been deported from Burma because of her role as a pro-democracy icon.

Burma, officially Myanmar, is a Buddhist nation as I understand it. As a nation, they are far from anything resembling enlightenment or following what I understand are Buddhist principles. I think you have to call yourself a Buddhist to get any government or military job. No good can come of a nation that is based on one philosophy or religion. Particularly if it isn't your brand.
