Denise Russell took this photo of her grandmother in 1997. Her granny lived independently into her 90's, and during a family picnic just before her death, Denise snapped this picture. No one noticed the man standing behind her grandmother for over three years, but when they finally noticed him they recognized him to be none other than Denise's grandfather, who had been dead since 1984.

"Oh my baloney has a first name, its Oscar!" Sang to the tune of the Oscar Meyer gingle. Blair Witch was real, right? No? Well there is an organization in England that has had a one million dollar prize waiting for anyone who can prove the occult or paranormal....ghosts, etc. Money is still sitting there.

I think you're referring to a standing offer by the Amazing Randy (American magician). And the reason Randy has not paid it out is that he simply refuses to accept any evidence (such as some of the more authentic-seeming photographs in this article) as evidence. He is always in "debunk mode" which is, of course, hardly the best way to be objective....
