America corrupting the fight against polio to protect some nameless bumbling bureaucrat ... it is an underscore to the state of our world.

Once America was the greatest nation on earth with it's doors open to the world's downtrodden and full of opportunity.
Now America is a rogue nation being the world's bully, engaging in torture, underhanded stupidity, willfully destroying our environment and insanely fearful of the most minimal threats.

American voters believe in a god who isn't there, and vote for politicians who they know are lying to them. Until this changes, world leadership will not come from America.

Other countries look to China in hopes that it will be a less despicable world power..

The CIA and the USA are more diabolical than Satan himself. Osama had no chance of survival, while pitting himself against such people. See, how the worlds only Superpower goes to any length legal or illegal to satisfy its requirements. Maybe, thats how the USA became a Superpower in the first place and continued to use its methods to infiltrate and destroy the other Superpower, the USSR. It failed with China though, because the Chinese were smarter having been a Superpower during the reign of the Emperors of China, long before the USA was even a foetus. Chinese considered China to be the centre of the world and all the kings of other countries, would regularly pay homage to the Chinese Emperor. Seems, like History is repeating itself as China becomes more and more prosperous and powerful day by day and the new Emperor of China lends money to the USA and Obama visits China, to beg for money and pay homage the Rising Empire of China, even as Empire USA is slowly withering away.

On second thought this does reveal something interesting that I hadn't thought of

They are not able to identify Bin Laden's body

They don't have the body
They refuse to release a picture
And now it is claimed that the DNA tests they used to confirm were shady and they don't really have verified dna samples of his family members

I don't believe this story

Our president has met and shook hands with several members of the Bin Laden family
There is no need to do something like this

The fact that the article states they did it in a small town proves to me that the story is false
Bin Laden's family is rich. The don't live in small towns, they live in Palaces and luxery hotels in major cities

Fake vaccinations! Just what people need in terms of building their confidence that vaccination campaigns aren't some sort of evil plot. This manipulation of aid will set back efforts to eradicate diseases like polio and measles. Maybe that is small fry. Think of what it does to medical humanitarian workers in places like Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia, etc. Kudos to the CIA for painting a bullseye on their back.

You have to ask yourself if the end still justifies the means? For me I'd say it does, I'm glad Bin Laden is gone. Yet that's scary/slick of the CIA, and to think that's only a small part of what we know they're capable of!

No surprise here, and after years of kidnapping and torturing innocent people, this seems almost a frat-boy prank.
The CIA is a government unto itself, answerable to no one. In addition to limitless tax dollars that they never have to account for, they are reported to generate billions from all manner of illegal businesses, including drug smuggling and sales.

Who's going to stop them from doing absolutely anything they want to do?

I don't think the President or any elected official has any real power over the CIA. Kennedy was the last guy to try it, but he also tried to fire reported cross-dresser J.Edgar Hoover so it's not clear who exactly did the JFK grunt work.

Good reason to stay as far away from the USA as humanly possible. A country that permanently violates international and other laws, kidnaps and renditions innocent subjects of friendly European countries and uses its ambassadorial staff to pressure and blackmail Spain and Germany into abandoning investigations into those kidnappings and renditions cannot be trusted at all. And it can under no circumstances be considered a friendly nation but ought to be considered to be an enemy nation.

Another new low by the CIA: undercutting people's in underdeveloped nations belief in vaccination programs and perhaps doctors in general just as well. And it was apparently a completely fabricated vaccination program, thus perhaps putting people at greater risk, thinking that they have resistance to the disease.

The Guardian sounds quite assured of the story, so I assume it is true. How come no US MSM outlets reporting this.

Another heinous act Obamination can be proud of.
