Cults, At Home: Longtime Friend Of The Band Shares Behind-The-Scenes Photos

Thanks to our friends over at W magazine, we have the inside scoop into the day-to-day lives of the up-and-coming band, Cults. This New York-based duo shot to fame with the release of their single "Go Outside" -- the track's summery harmonies and playful xylophone are contrasted with excerpts from cult leader Jim Jones' infamous Death Speech. "To me, death is not a fearful thing." he says, "It's living that is treacherous." Eric Chakeen, photographer and close friend of the band, shares his favorite snapshots and memories of singer Madeline Follin and guitarist Brian Oblivion with W magazine. Cults' self-titled debut came out last month -- get a taste of their style with "Go Outside":
