Nancy Grace Angrily Defends Casey Anthony Coverage To O'Reilly (VIDEO)

WATCH: Nancy Grace Angrily Defends Herself

Nancy Grace heatedly defended her coverage of the Casey Anthony trial in an interview with Bill O'Reilly on Tuesday.

Grace has received buckets of criticism for her openly slanted coverage of the trial and the murder case that spawned it. She has never been shy about the fact that she thinks Anthony murdered her two-year-old daughter Caylee, and when Anthony was acquitted, Grace said that the "devil [was] dancing" at the outcome of the trial.

"Do you think you went overboard?" O'Reilly, who also harshly criticized the verdict, asked Grace. She called the term "trite," and put it in air quotes several times during her response to the question.

"What went wrong is not me," she said. "What went wrong is the jury verdict."

O'Reilly said he was "99 percent" certain that Anthony is guilty. "But you're 100 percent," he said. "I really don't see a need, Bill, to sugarcoat the truth," Grace responded.

O'Reilly asked why Grace thought the media was attacking her so much. He read quotes from people calling her a "monster" and "immoral." She said she thought some were trying to win over the defense so they could interview Anthony, but added that the comments didn't hurt her.

"If I listened to it and paid attention to it, of course it would be hurtful, but the reality is it doesn't change the truth," she said.
