Some days we really are just too busy to get in a full workout. But that doesn't mean you can't fire up your muscles, spike your heart rate and reap the healthy benefits of exercise -- even if you don't do a whole routine. Hannah Williams, a private trainer at the Reebok Sports Club in New York City, gave us 10 tricks to squeeze in a workout, wherever your day takes you.

Walking Lunges

On your way the bus, the train or into work, try a walking lunge to get your heart rate up in the morning. "People might look at you weird, but it's pretty obvious you're exercising, and it's a great way to activate your muscles," says Williams.
